Privacy policy
This policy applies to Dartwarden for iPhone and iPad, published by BOEM TECH SRL (the “App”).
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
1. Who we are
BOEM TECH SRL is the publisher and data controller responsible for this policy. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information stored by the App
The App stores player names, party configuration, saved-adventure progress, run history, game statistics, and preferences such as sound and input mode. This information stays in the App’s private storage on your device.
BOEM TECH SRL cannot access this local information. If device backup is enabled, Apple may include app data in a device backup under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
3. Data we do not collect
- No account, sign-in, or user profile is sent to us.
- No advertising identifiers, analytics, or tracking data are collected.
- No gameplay, diagnostics, crash reports, location, contacts, or photos are transmitted.
- No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset available statistics in the App or delete the App. Deleting the App removes its local container; an Apple-managed device backup may retain a backup copy according to your iCloud or computer-backup settings.
5. Support email and this website
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, together with standard email metadata, so that we can respond. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.
When you visit this website, hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the page. We do not combine website request information with local App data.
6. Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. It contains no targeted advertising, social features, or public user content.
7. Your rights
Because App data stays on your device, BOEM TECH SRL normally has no App data to access, correct, export, or erase. For information sent to us in a support email, you may ask about applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights by contacting us.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the App’s data practices change and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in App Store privacy information and, where appropriate, in the App.
